Update for iPhone Arvest Mobile Banking App

An update for the recently released Arvest Mobile Banking App for iPhone® is now available for download in the iTunes® App store.  If you haven’t updated your new Arvest Mobile Banking App, please do so. 

About the Update

This update fixes a “No Connection” error message that some customers were receiving when user did not have immediate WiFi access or data plan access and the App had not fully loaded.  The update has fixed this problem and customers shouldn’t expect to see this message again. Thank you for remaining patient with us while we worked to get this fixed.

Reminder about Text/SMS Mobile Banking

We’d also like to remind customers about the Text/SMS Mobile Banking feature available with our new Mobile Banking service.  This feature offers an easy and much faster way to view and complete simple transactions in comparison to the Mobile Banking App.  While the App is great for everyday mobile banking, Text/SMS Banking is a convenient option when on the run and needing to check your balance and make transactions quickly.  We encourage everyone to give it a try!

When is there going to be a mobile banking app for the android market? Not everyone has an I-phone.
